A companion Substack for ‘The Paper War’ can now be found here.
So why launch a Substack while maintaining this website? As you may remember from a post a while ago, I’ve been pondering different options for the content – especially research – that you are used to.
In short, ‘The Paper War’ Substack will be used to share short-form articles and content, with this site focused on the longer articles and research. This site will exist as long as I continue writing, and I would it to being continually referred to as a consistent voice concerning all those logistics, preparedness, national resilience, and security related issues that tend to be missed on other national security-oriented websites.
Furthermore, I intend to keep the site as a repository of research and deeper thinking about the ‘epoch of logistics’ we now find ourselves in. I am very grateful that some of my oldest articles are still read even today; some ideas about logistics tend to be timeless it seems!
The Paper War Substack will contain smaller articles – my intention is that they will be quick-reads – and commentary when the time is right. There is lot going on in the world at the moment, and the ongoing securitisation of logistics is a feature of the strategic landscape that will only become more prominent as time goes on.
Please take the time to subscribe at Substack. I look forward to seeing you there!
